How do I start my first campaign?
Create a campaign, add a short description of your product or offer, select your channels, then publish from the dashboard.
How do I connect social accounts?
Open the Social Accounts section, choose your channel, and approve the connection using your official Facebook and Instagram access.
Where can I see my credits?
Go to Credits & Billing to view your wallet, recent transactions, and how each campaign affected your balance.
My campaign is not publishing.
Check that your pages are connected, permissions are granted, and the campaign schedule is still active before sending a support request.
Can you help with strategy?
Yes. You can ask for guidance on audiences, creatives, and scaling once you have initial performance data.
How do I report a bug?
