When you use the Makira AI GPT on the ChatGPT platform:

• Your conversations are stored and processed by OpenAI, not by Makira AI

• OpenAI may use your conversations to improve its AI models (unless disabled in your ChatGPT settings)

• Makira AI does NOT receive, store, or control your GPT conversations

• The ONLY data Makira AI collects is what you voluntarily provide when joining the waitlist

How to Protect Your Privacy

To prevent OpenAI from using your conversations for training:

Go to ChatGPT Settings → Data Controls

• 12 months after Makira AI’s public launch (if no active account is created)

After this period, your data is permanently deleted.

Your data may be processed outside Egypt, including: • United States

• European Union

• Other regions where service providers operate

By using this service, you consent to such international data transfers under applicable law.
